Your responsibilities will include

  • Build strong relationships with clients and be the point of contact on the designated project between internal teams and client side stakeholders
  • Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital products & platforms and features in line with the delivery schedule
  • Work with the Operations Director to identify areas of support for the teams, and provide advice, coaching and educational opportunities
  • Facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily standups, sprint showcases and retrospectives
  • Work with the team leads to identify and remove any blockers ensuring that delivery is achieved at rapid pace

  • You'll ideally have:
  • 5+ years of experience working in creative agencies
  • Engineering delivery background
  • Either scrum certified and/or have extensive experience working in agile teams
  • Strong client facing and account management experience
  • Demonstrable abilities in leadership and mentoring
  • Confidence in leading and managing teams to better outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of user-centric design principles
  • Strong communicator
